Path of Reflection invites the viewer into a quiet woodland landscape where a solitary figure moves along a winding path, surrounded by layers of luminous foliage and shifting colour. Deep blues and greens are contrasted with warm ochres, rose and violet, creating a dreamlike atmosphere in which the landscape feels both familiar and inward-looking. The small figure gives the composition a sense of scale and contemplation, suggesting a personal journey through nature. Painted in expressive gouache, the work explores the emotional relationship between landscape, memory and the experience of moving through a place slowly and attentively. Exhibited and sold at Women in Art. Now held in a private collection.
